Aluminum Inserts:
Dlc colorful coating OS5305LC is specialized in processing aluminum and copper, it's more harder and wear-resistant than uncoated, so the tool life would be longer. If you have higher processing requrements, OS5305LC grade would be your ideal :)

OS5305 grade is balzers coating, it's good for process steel and stainless steel, more wear-resistant and lasting long time when working, for milling inserts, OS5305 is our best grade for universal process

OS9208S with BO chip breaker is our new design, it's specially good for stainless steel, and steel, if you have complicated working condition, OS9208S would be your first choice
